    (i.e. commercial shopping centre in Germany with a 9% yield offers capital growth as yield compresses down)
  • Invest in emerging property markets within areas which show economic growth through investment in natural resource consumption such as Oil, Gas, Mining etc.
    (i.e. buying apartments in ft McMurray in Canada where rental yields are showing more than 20% return)
